1. How do I earn money as an expert?
Ans. All you need to do is register, and after your registration is manually confirmed by us (normally in 3 business days), then you are able to answer questions posted by our customers. Once you answer these questions and the customers find them satisfactory they accept the reply and you are paid 60 % of the total fees that is paid by the customer. For example if the customer pays $ 10 then $ 6 goes to you, and $ 4 is retained by the website as administrative charges.
2. Can I directly contact the customer or ask him to contact me via phone/ email any other means?
Ans. No, that is a violation of tour Terms of Service and will invite immediate disciplinary action and possible suspension of membership.
3. Can I copy & paste a reply from another website?
Ans. It is preferable to write an answer in your own words, since you are expert in that particular category. However if you are quoting from a particular website please give proper credit. Answers that are NOT properly credited are liable to be taken down and the expert may invite disciplinary action for the same. Remember that the customers are looking for live experts to answer their question and are more likely to accept an answer that comes in your own language.
4. Can anyone write any answer and get paid?
Ans. In order to ensure customer satisfaction we try to ensure that only qualified experts are able to answer the questions in their relevant categories. For this reason the expert registration is processed manually. We reserve the right to deny any expert the right to register without assigning any reason. Once an expert is registered he must answer each question with due diligence, and this answer must then be found satisfactory by the customer for the expert to be paid. This not only ensures customer satisfaction but a good quality of the reply and a good reputation for the website.
5. What if a customer refuses to accept my answer?
Ans. If the customer refuses to accept a reply, he/she is asked to provide a reason for the same. For reasons of customer satisfaction and as a part of website policy we cannot force a customer to accept a reply. However if we believe that a customer is repeatedly misusing this facility, he/she maybe banned from the website.
6. What if I find the answer of some other expert to a question unsatisfactory or totally wrong?
Ans. Please report the same at info@simplyanswer.com . We will take appropriate action after contacting the relevant expert. Your identity will not be revealed, so please remember to help us to increase the quality of the website
7. Can I answer a question which is already being answered by an expert?
Ans. If you feel that the answer given by an expert is either factually incorrect, and your answer is substantially different from the previous expert’s then you are at a liberty to answer the same question, assuming that you are qualified to answer the same.
8. What is the mode of payment to me?
Ans. The mode of payment for all international experts is via PAYPAL. Please create a PAYPAL address for the same. If the email address for the same is different from the email ID used for registration then please write to us at info@simplyanswer.com with the details of the same.
Check payment can be requested by writing to info@simplyanswer.com but is restricted to Experts registering from India only. The minimum Check amount would INR 2000.
The same will be dispatched to the local address provided at the time of registration. The payments will be made once the amount exceeds $ 50 in your account, and will be done at the start of the following month, by the 10th of the next month. For example if you have earned $ 55 on the 15th of April, the payment will be made by 10th of May. Please remember that check payments may take longer to reach you due to postal delays.
9. Am I paid daily or after a month?
Ans. The money that you earn is put in your wallet and the payments made once every month, generally before the 10th of each month, but only if your earnings exceeds $ 50. If the money is less than $ 50, then the same is carried over to the next month, and will be paid once the total amount exceeds $ 50
10. If I have a query or a complaint against a fellow expert, then whom should I contact?
Ans. Please contact us at info@simplyanswer.com. Please remember that complaints against fellow experts/ customers should only be directed to the administrators. Do not try to contact the experts/ customers directly or make any personal remarks against them as this is a violation of Simply Answer TOS.

1. How can I get my question answered?
Ans. We provide the unique facility of having your questions answered by our high quality experts. We try to screen our experts to ensure that only relevant & qualified experts are assigned to answer your questions. No more answers from bored housewives, people looking to make a fast buck only. Only high quality answers from real experts!
All you need to do is create an account, and ask a question in the appropriate category, and decide how much you want top pay for an answer. Now wait for an email telling you that a real live expert has provided a high quality answer to your query. All you need to do is make a deposit to your wallet (this is fully refundable) to view the answer. Once you are satisfied with an answer, please click on the ACCEPT button to complete the transaction and make the payment to the expert for the time & effort taken to answer your question. If you have any clarifications please post back so that the expert can clarify any queries. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
2. Do I have to pay for an answer?
Ans. We are a paid answering service, because a team of highly qualified quality expert using their valuable time to give high quality answers needs to be compensated for their efforts. Remember on the internet just like in the real world you get the quality of answers that you pay for!
3. How do I pay for an answer?
Ans. At present you can make the payments via two methods, either through a credit card, or by using your Paypal account. We are committed to highest standard of security and hence use state of the art encryption (128 bit) to ensure total safety during all transactions.
4. Why am I able to view the answer given by the expert?
Ans. In order to ensure that the customers are serious in getting quality answers to their questions, we only allow out customers to view the answer after paying the deposit.
5. Can I leave my contact details for the expert to contact me?
Ans. The website does not allow direct contact between the expert and the customer. You can continue further conversation with any expert till you are satisfied with the reply.
6. Can I ask for a second opinion?
Ans. Sure you can, you could pay the original expert if you found the original answer helpful, and then again ask for a second opinion. Alternatively, you could repost stating why you felt that the original answer was lacking and that you need another expert to answer the question.
7. How do I know that the experts are truly good? Are they genuine?
Ans. Many of the experts on Simply Answer are professional colleagues of the administrators, and are some of the best in the business. They are already successful professionals/ entrepreneurs in their own fields and would be able to provide the highest quality of answers in their respective fields. Other experts have been registered online, and while a manual check on the information provided is done before registration, a physical verification can be impossible in these cases.
