How Simply Answer works

When you want an Answer

• Just click on the category you want to ask your question. For example, if it is a health question, click on the Doctor image on the Simply Answer Home Page.
• Enter your question, select the specialist (say a pediatrician if it is a child related health question), name your price, register (if you are new user), or login.
• That’s it. Your question is posted, and will be answered by an expert as soon as possible. Simply Answer sends an e-mail notifying you when your question is answered or if an expert needs more information. Questions close after 7 days of inactivity.
• Remember that while you can ask a question for free, you will be able to view only the first 60 letters of any answer from the experts before you deposit the money in your account wallet. This payment can be done via a credit card, or by Paypal. You can pay up front or wait until an expert answers. Prepaid questions are typically answered faster. 
• Once you are satisfied with the answer, please accept the answer. If you got great service. The expert is paid only after you accept the answer. Feel free to seek any clarifications from the expert, or ask for a second opinion. Your accept pays the expert and tells us you’re happy.
