Hi,

      It seems that there is an infective pustule or a localized area of infection. You need to consult a doctor for need of draining the pus or for oral antibiotics initially. In the meantime, take oral anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen, and keep the area clean with betadine solution and do regular dressing.
