Hi,
   HIV is transmitted by body fluids. If your sister had an open would and you also had an open wound, cut or bruise then if her body fluid from the rash came in contact with your wound, then you might have a chance of getting HIV. Otherwise, just touching her rash or skin would not transmit HIV.
