I have a condition which I think is a neurological problem. I have muscle spasms all over my body that are accompanied by pain. The pain is not centered in one place but may be in my arms to my neck to my forearm. It is not usually in the joints but in the muscles of my body. The pain is the worst in my back and shoulders. My face seems flushed alot also. Also I have a tingling sensation that is sometimes on different parts of my body and moves to the back of my head. I also sometimes have a whole body twitch that lasts for about a second and then I am fine. The worst is the constant achey feeling and fatigue. No matter how much I rest I feel completely worn out. I have been checked for blood pressure problems and electrolytes I have also had a MRI that was clear. |

| Hi, The symptoms that you are describing indicate that you might be having an imbalance of the thyroid hormone. In case os hypothyroid, muscle pains wit tingling and twitches are seen. Since your electrolytes are normal, you need to get your thyroid function tests done. Regards |
